Aaron and Miriam, again
We’re Steven and Louisa, a brother and sister in Christ who lead worship together. Our names carry the story. Aaron and Miriam walked out of Egypt beside Moses, and when they reached the far shore Miriam picked up a tambourine and sang.
That’s where Second Exodus comes from, and it’s still what we sing about — people walking out of what held them. We write original music about deliverance and freedom in Christ, and we lead rooms into worship, whether that room holds forty people or four hundred.
